The visit of Admiral Enrico Credendino to the EPC Booth

On 13 May, during the 2025 edition of FEINDEF in Madrid, we had the honor of welcoming the Chief of the Italian Navy, Admiral Enrico Credendino, to the EPC stand.

We would like to express our deep gratitude for the time devoted to this visit.

About EPC

Developed by a core consortium bringing together the main prime contractor shipyards NAVAL GROUP, FINCANTIERI and NAVANTIA along with companies from the Participating States, all coordinated by NAVIRIS, and strongly supported by the European Defence Fund (EDF) and the participating Member States, this ambitious Programme will benefit from the expertise of numerous companies from 12 Member States.

The Project aims to provide the initial design of a next generation class of naval vessel, the European Patrol Corvette (EPC). The EPC will include at first two variants:

  • Full Combat Multipurpose (FCM),
  • Long Range Multipurpose (LRM),

both maximizing innovations (through dedicated studies of Technological Bricks), synergies and cross-fertilization among Industrial Partners.
